BILLING RATE: Charging by the line is an industry standard. This per line charge can however be applied in different ways, therefore, a quoted billing rate can be deceptive. A low per line price may calculate up to a line charge 20% higher than our system for the same document. Horizzon calculates line counts using a 65 character line, not a visual line. It is the total key strokes in a file divided by 65. In addition, we provide a detailed bill for easy verification. |
